The Frontline Management program offers national recognition for managers of their skills and ability to deliver results in the workplace.
What is Frontline Management qualification?
The Frontline Management initiative was developed to help Australian organisations to improve productivity and management performance in the frontline from team leaders through to line managers with responsibility for the strategic direction of the business. The certificate 3 and 4 in Frontline Management cater to individuals with a low to medium level of authority within the organisation
Why complete Frontline Management the MCI way?
The Frontline Management program as conducted by MCI leads to genuine changes in behaviour. The program is practical and linked to requirements of the workplace rather than simply being a paperchase in pursuit of a well framed certificate for the candidate’s wall. Evidence is generated in the workplace and placed into MCI’s Portfolio Builder that provides a structure and guideline for candidates. This ensures a higher completion rate of candidates.
How does assessment take place?
All modules in the Frontline Management are assessed through workplace projects that require participants to compile a range of evidence to demonstrate competence.MCI’s Portfolio Builder assists candidates to complete evidence in a structured and user-friendly way and ensures completion of the portfolio.
Is there government funding available for the certificate?
Through the new apprenticeship scheme qualified candidates could obtain funding. Please speak to your MCI representative who will arrange with the National Apprenticeship Center to determine your eligibility for funding.
