What is MCI About?
Management Consultancy International consults with global brands on strategic management and planning. Organisations both large and small approach us when they are implementing change within their organisation. Recent projects include facilitating the introduction of new competencies, culture, values, staff retention strategies and customer service initiatives. We have then developed customised learning programs that helped transform processes, behaviours and attitudes within the organisation. As part of our consulting work, we bring a fresh and innovative approach to leadership/management training using the most uptodate information available from around the world.
What is MCI's history and reputation?
Management Consultancy International commenced in 2004 and while we are a relatively new organisation, our experience in training and facilitation spans more than 15 years. Principals within the organisation have acted both nationally and internationally in an advisory capacity on legislation around training and development, assisted in the development of a qualifications framework and consulted to Ministers of education and labour.
We are a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and offer a full range of programs and qualifications.
In 2008 we became the only certified partner in Australia and New Zealand for LEGO® Serious PlayTM - an innovative tool designed to enhance business performance.
Global organisations such as Google, Shell, Microsoft, Chanel and PricewaterhouseCoopers all use LEGO® Serious PlayTM in their strategic planning process. Management Consultancy International uses this powerful hands-on methodology in the delivery of our programs.
Who do you work with?
Most of our clients are innovative in their people strategies. They understand that in an economic downturn they want people who are performing and communicating at their best.
By immersing ourselves in our clients needs, we are able to help clarify their strategy. We use LEGO® Serious PlayTM to introduce cultural change as this innovative business tool works across cultures, languages, reporting lines and personality profiles, to create a team identity and ensure that the team is functioning effectively.
Our clients see positive changes in their people, producing lasting benefits beyond the training program or achievement of the qualification.
Management Consultancy International also assists organisations to identify whether they are eligible for government funding in relation to their training requirements. We work collaboratively with the client to help them navigate the paperwork, consulting with them to help them get the most from their budget.
