
Denise Meyerson has been involved in the corporate training industry for over 15 years and has served in a range of capacities.
She holds a Masters Degree as well as a PhD in English and has been appointed an honorary member of City and Guilds, the largest examining body in the UK, in recognition of her significant involvement in and contribution to vocational training and education.
Denise has served as a Director of an education company listed on the South African Stock Exchange. Her organisation provided a range of adult basic training programs to disadvantaged communities seeking to uplift skills levels. Denise consulted to several ministerial committees on the formation and building of the South African qualifications framework.
She has been trained in the UK as an internal facilitator for the Investors in People Standard and is registered as an advisor in Australia for the use of this human resource benchmark. Denise also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAA04) as well as Diplomas in Business (Frontline Management), Training and Assessment Systems, journalism and public relations.
Denise is currently the Director of Management Consultancy International, and consults to a wide variety of clients in all sectors. She is responsible for ensuring the high quality of delivery of a range of management and leadership programs as well as overseeing customer requirements that are met on a continuous basis. She fulfills a coaching and mentoring role to a considerable number of managers at both senior and executive levels.
Denise’s experience in training and development extends from consulting to organisations on the benefits and practical implications of moving into a competency-based framework to structuring of training interventions that meet business requirements.
Her clients include IAG, Telstra, Allianz, Stockland as well as a wide spectrum of companies in all areas of the economy.
Denise is invited to speak at several conferences annually on a variety of topics, including the recent International Conference on Accreditation of Prior Learning and two Investors in People conferences in Canberra. She has also authored several articles for HR journals and magazines.

James uses his knowledge and experience in the corporate arena to provide advice and assistance to a wide variety of companies seeking to further develop their people.
James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has over a decade of experience in managing small teams in organisations, predominantly in the areas of sales and business development.
James uses his valuable management and sales experience within the learning and development industry to assist organisations in using the benefits of training in maximising the potential of their human capital
Gavin holds degrees in both Commerce and Psychology and has worked with leaders from a range of organisations. He is currently delivering training for leaders within Toll Group, AAPT and the Office of Fair Trading.
Most recently Gavin gained accreditation by the LEGO Corporation as one of Australia's select group of LEGO Serious Play facilitators. He has been implementing the Serious Play process in small and large organisations to great success.
Gavin also holds a Diploma in Business (Frontline Management) and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment.

Given Sarah's background in Psychology, her speciality is guiding candidates to unpack and discuss the complex transactions and power dynamics which occur during interpersonal communications. With a background in commerce, Jenna brings her passion for creating innovative training solutions for MCI's wide range of clientele. She offers consulting to organisations requiring training needs analyses as well as advice in how to benefit from Government-funded training qualifications.
Jenna also specialises in communicating the benefits of the LEGO Serious Play methodology.
